Blue hawaiian
Fruity and very popular cocktail based on tequila, coconut, pineapple juice and blue curaçao. The cocktail can vary from green to blue depending on the quantity of curaçao.
Ingredients
- 2 cl Tequila
- 2 cl Coconut Liqueur
- 4 cl Pineapple juice
- 1 cl blue Curaçao
Preparation steps
- Put a long dring glass in the freezer of your fridge to cool it.
- Fill a shaker with crushed ice.
- Pour in all the ingredients.
- Shake energetically.
- Pour the mixture into the refreshed dring glass.
Decoration: Add a piece of pineapple to the edge of the glass
