Cocktail inspired by Monsieur Cocktail’s signature cocktail. A cocktail based on gin, tonic, birch syrup and rhubarb with woody notes. This cocktail is rich in aromas and is ideal for late afternoon.
Ingredients
- 6 cl gin
- 3 cl Tonic
- 10 drop birch syrup
- 3 lines of rhubarb bitterness
- Candied ginger or grapefruit zest
Preparation steps
- Put a big ice cube in a cocktail glass
- Add all ingredients in the order listed
- Stir gently
- Decorate the edge of the glass with candied ginger or other.
