Cocktail casino, a classic IBA based gin

1 verre

Ingredients

  • 60 ml gin
  • 5 ml maraschino liquor
  • 2 dash orange bitters
  • juice 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cherry in syrup and the zest of a lemon

Preparation steps

  1. Fill a cocktail glass with ice cubes to cool them.
  2. In a shaker, half filled with ice, add all the liquids
  3. Shake
  4. Empty the ice cubes from the glass and pour the contents of the shaker without the ice cubes
  5. Decorate with the cherry in the lemon zest on a peak
