Refreshing cocktail based on whisky, bitter angostura, cane syrup and fresh mint. Mint Julep is validated by IBA
- 6 cl Scotch Whisky
- 1 line of Bitter Angostura
- 1 cl cane syrup
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- Add the cane syrup and mint leaves to an old fashioned glass.
- Pound with a cocktail muddler.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Add the bitter angostura and whiskey.
Decoration : Add a slice of lemon and a sprig of fresh mint.
