Mint Julep

Ingredients

• 6 cl Scotch Whisky
• 1 line of Bitter Angostura
• 1 cl cane syrup
• 5 fresh mint leaves

Preparation steps

1. Add the cane syrup and mint leaves to an old fashioned glass.
2. Pound with a cocktail muddler.
3. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
4. Add the bitter angostura and whiskey.



Decoration : Add a slice of lemon and a sprig of fresh mint.
