Full-bodied and refreshing cocktail based on whisky, red vermouth, brandy, benedictine and bitter angostura. This cocktail is registered with the International Bar Association ( IBA )
- 2.5 cl Whisky
- 2.5 cl Brandy
- 2.5 cl red vermouth
- 1/2 cl Benedictine
- 1 line of Angostura bitters
- 1 orange peel
- 1 candied cherry
- Pour whiskey, brandy, red vermouth, benedictine and angostura bitters into a blended glass.
- Add some ice cubes.
- Stir with a spoon for about 30 seconds.
- Fill an old fashioned glass with ice.
- Pour in the preparation.
Decoration: Add orange peel and candied cherry
