Pisco Sour

Ingredients
- 10 cl de Pisco
- 3 cl Lime Juice
- 1 cl Cane Sugar Syrup
- 1 egg white
- A few drops of Angostura bitters
Preparation steps
- Add a few ice cubes to a shaker.
- Add the pisco, lime juice, cane syrup and egg white.
- Shake and strain into a old fashioned drink
- Add a few drops of angostura to the foam.
Decortication: Add a lime wedge.
