Old Swizzle

Ingredients

• 5 cl Gold Rum
• 3 cl Squeezed lemon juice
• 1 cl cane syrup
• 0.5 cl Squeezed lime juice
• 1 cl bitter
• sparkling water

Preparation steps

1. Fill a shaker with crushed ice.
2. Pour in the rum, lemon juice, bitter and cane syrup.
3. Shake energetically.
4. Fill a long drink with crushed ice.
5. Filter and serve in this glass.
6. Extend with sparkling water.



Decoration: Add a slice of orange and a maraschino cherry.
