Mojito St Raph
A good French mojito with rum, saint raphael, seltzer, lemon and mint.
- 4 cl 40% white rum
- 4 cl Saint Raphael red
- 2 cl cane syrup
- 2 cl Seltzer water
- 3 cl squeezed lime juice
- 8 Fresh mint leaves
- In a mojito glass, pour in the cane sugar, lime juice and mint leaves.
- Gently crush with a cocktail muddler.
- Add some crushed ice.
- Add the rum, seltzer water (made with a siphon) and the red Saint Raphael.
- Stir with a spoon from bottom to top.
Decoration: Add a head of fresh mint, a slice of lime cut in half. and 1 raspberry to the glass
