Strawberry Daïquiri

Ingredients

• 6 cl 40% white rum
• 4 cl Strawberry juice
• 4 cl Cane syrup
• 1/2 Squeezed lime juice
• 1 strawberry
• 1 zest of lemon

Preparation steps

1. Add the rum, strawberry juice, cane syrup and lemon juice to a shaker.
2. Shake energetically.
3. Pour into a cocktail glass.



Decoration: Add a strawberry to the edge of the glass and a lemon zest.
