Maï Taï
Cocktail with bitter taste and very powerful emblematic of the Tiki culture and registered at the IBA
Ingredients
- 2 cl 40% white rum
- 2 cl black rum
- 2 cl Triple sec
- 6 cl Lime juice
- 1 cl Orgeat syrup
- 1 cl cane syrup
Preparation steps
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Pour all the ingredients into the shaker.
- Shake energetically.
- Serve in a tulip or cocktail glass.
Decoration: You can add a candied cherry, a piece of lime and a small bouquet of mint
