Champenoise soup

Ingredients

• 1 bottle of champagne
• 10 cl Triple sec
• 10 cl Cane syrup
• 6 cl Lime juice
• 500 g fresh strawberries (+ a few extra for decoration)

Preparation steps

1. Wash , remove the stems and cut the strawberries in half.
2. In a bowl or large bowl, pour all the ingredients.
3. Add some ice cubes.
4. Mix with a large spoon.
5. Add the cool bottle of champagne.
6. Serve with a ladle in cocktail glasses or flutes.
