Margarita
Its little full-bodied and tangy taste will please all palates! Invented in Mexico, it can have different colors depending on the fruits used (strawberry, tamarin, lemon). This classic cocktail of bars and evenings is registered with the International Bar Association ( IBA)
Ingredients
- 5 cl Tequila
- 3 cl Triple sec
- 2 cl squeezed lime juice
Preparation steps
- Fill a shaker half full of ice.
- Add all the ingredients and shake energetically.
- Frost your Margarita glass or cocktail glass by passing the lemon on the edge of the glass and soaking the edges in salt.
- Pour the contents of the shaker into the frosted glass.
Decoration: Add a slice of lemon glass to the edge of the glass.
