Sour Clyde
A cocktail enjoyed by fans of tangerine whisky.
Ingredients
- 5 cl Scotch Whisky
- 2.5 cl Mandarin liqueur
- 1 cl cane syrup
- 2 cl squeezed lime juice
- 1 pinch saffron
- 1 orange peel
Preparation steps
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Pour in all the ingredients.
- Shake energetically.
- Pour the shaker ice into a bowl.
Decoration: Add a pinch of saffron and orange zest.
