Whisky Sidecar
Fruity cocktail based on whisky, triple dry and lemon.
Ingredients
- 4 cl Scotch Whisky
- 1 cl Triple sec
- 1 cl cane syrup
- 3 cl Squeezed lemon juice
Preparation steps
- Fill a 3/4 shaker with ice.
- Pour in the whisky, the triple dry, the cane syrup and the squeezed lemon juice.
- Shake energetically.
- Filter into a cocktail glass.
Decoration: Add a zest of lemon.
