- 5 cl Scotch Whisky
- 1 cl cane syrup
- 1 Squeezed lemon juice
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Squeeze the juice of a lemon and put it in the shaker.
- Add the whiskey and cane syrup.
- Shake energetically.
- Fill an old fashioned glass with ice.
- Pour the mixture into this glass, holding the ice from the shaker.
Decoration: Add a zest of lemon.
