Whisky Sour

Ingredients

• 5 cl Scotch Whisky
• 1 cl cane syrup
• 1 Squeezed lemon juice

Preparation steps

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Squeeze the juice of a lemon and put it in the shaker.
3. Add the whiskey and cane syrup.
4. Shake energetically.
5. Fill an old fashioned glass with ice.
6. Pour the mixture into this glass, holding the ice from the shaker.



Decoration: Add a zest of lemon.
