Penicillin

Ingredients

• 1 slice ginger
• 4 cl scotch whisky
• 1 cl peat whisky
• 1.5 cl of honey syrup
• 2.5 cl lemon juice

Preparation steps

1. In a shaker, crush the ginger
2. Put 10 ice cubes in the shaker and add the scotch, honey and lemon juice
3. Hitting and pouring into a glass by filtering the ice cubes
4. Pour the peat whisky over the cocktail
5. Decorate with a piece of candied ginger
