A recipe from the IBA to make with or without egg white. A small walk on the south side.

Ingredients

  • 6 cl London Dry Gin
  • 3 cl lemon juice
  • 1.5 cl sugar syrup
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon egg white

Preparation steps

  1. In a shaker half filled with ice, hit all ingredients vigorously (except mint)
  2. Filter twice before pouring into a glass
  3. Decorate by making a small bouquet with mint or put the leaves in the glass
