French 75
A cocktail that refers to the 75 mm model 1897 canon. This cocktail based on gin, champagne and lemon and registered at the IBA
Ingredients
- 3 cl gin
- 1.5 cl sugar syrup
- 1.5 cl yellow lemon juice
- 7 cl of raw champagne
- Zest of 1 lemon
Preparation steps
- Put all ingredients in a shaker with ice
- Filter the ice cubes into a glass
- Garnish with lemon zest
- For the wink, you can also put a candied cherry at the bottom of the glass to represent a ogive
