Smurf
The Smurf Cocktail is a colorful and refreshing drink named after the little blue characters from the famous comic book. This drink is a combination of white rum, Get 31, curaçao, and lemon pulco, as well as a pinch of cane sugar. There are several versions of this recipe, with or without alcohol, but all have in common their distinctive blue color that recalls the world of the Smurfs. In this recipe, we present the version with alcohol of the Smurf Cocktail, to be enjoyed as an aperitif or in the evening.
Ingredients
- 3 cl white rum
- 2 cl Get 31
- 2 cl curaçao
- 1 cl lemon juice (Pulco type)
- Cane sugar to taste.
Preparation steps
- In a mixing glass, combine the white rum and Get 31.
- In another container, mix the cane sugar (to taste) and lemon juice.
- Pour the sugar and lemon mixture into the mixing glass containing the rum and Get 31.
- Add the curaçao to give the cocktail its characteristic blue color.
- Mix everything well.
- Serve the Smurf Cocktail in a cocktail glass decorated with a lemon slice or cherry.
