Limoncello Mojito Reinvented

Ingredients
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon of cane sugar
- A small handful of mint leaves
- 100ml of white rum
- 100ml of limoncello
- Ice cubes
- 300ml of sparkling water
Preparation steps
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the lemon juice, sugar, and half of the mint leaves.
- Use a cocktail muddler or the end of a rolling pin to mix well until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the rum and limoncello to the shaker, and then add a handful of ice cubes.
- Close the shaker and shake it until the outside becomes chilled.
- Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes and then pour the cocktail into them.
- Top up with sparkling water.
- Finish the presentation by garnishing with the remaining mint leaves.
