Berry Blush Cocktail
Embrace the summer vibes with our Berry Blush Cocktail. Ideal for hot summer days, this drink beautifully combines the sweetness of fresh strawberries with the tartness of cranberry juice, enhanced by a dash of vodka. Its blush hue is as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palate!
Ingredients
- 5 cl of vodka
- 5 fresh strawberries
- 4 cl of concentrated cranberry juice
- 1 cl of fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 cl of cane sugar syrup
- 6.5 cl of sparkling water
- 8 to 10 ice cubes
Preparation steps
- Crush 4 strawberries in the base of a shaker.
- Add 5 or 6 ice cubes, vodka, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and sugar syrup.
- Secure the top of the shaker and shake vigorously for about 8 to 10 seconds.
- Place 3 or 4 ice cubes in a highball glass.
- Strain the shaker's content into the glass using both an ice strainer and a pulp strainer.
- Top up with sparkling water.
- Garnish with the remaining strawberry, cut in half and placed in the glass.
