Scandinavian cocktail

Ingredients

• 60 ml vodka
• 30 ml cranberry juice
• 15 ml de jus de citron
• 15 ml birch sugar syrup
• 1 sprig fresh rosemary
• 1 slice cucumber
• 2-3 ice cubes

Preparation steps

1. In a cocktail shaker, add the vodka, cranberry juice, lemon juice and birch sugar syrup. Add 1-2 ice cubes to the shaker.
2. Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds to thoroughly mix the ingredients and refresh the cocktail.
3. Fill a cocktail glass with ice. Filter the mixture through a strainer into the cocktail glass.
4. Decorate the cocktail with a sprig of fresh rosemary and a slice of cucumber.
5. Serve immediately.
