  • 510 ml Pierre Ferrand 1840 cognac
  • 300 ml Doorly's 5-year-old rum
  • 75 ml Apricot Brandy
  • 75 ml Maraschino
  • 300 ml green tea
  • 300 ml yellow lemon juice
  • Oleo saccharum
  • 225 ml champagne
  • 135 g sugar

Preparation steps

  1. In a large punch bowl, pour all the ingredients, except the champagne, and mix well.
  2. Add ice and stir to cool the mixture.
  3. Fill the bowl with champagne.
  4. Stir again to incorporate the champagne.
  5. Let the punch rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour to allow the flavors to blend.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy with your friends !
