Cognac Punch

Ingredients
- 510 ml Pierre Ferrand 1840 cognac
- 300 ml Doorly's 5-year-old rum
- 75 ml Apricot Brandy
- 75 ml Maraschino
- 300 ml green tea
- 300 ml yellow lemon juice
- Oleo saccharum
- 225 ml champagne
- 135 g sugar
Preparation steps
- In a large punch bowl, pour all the ingredients, except the champagne, and mix well.
- Add ice and stir to cool the mixture.
- Fill the bowl with champagne.
- Stir again to incorporate the champagne.
- Let the punch rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour to allow the flavors to blend.
