A recipe for sparkling sangria.

Ingredients

  • 2 bottles of cava
  • 10 cl Cognac
  • 10 cl Porto
  • 1/2 litre of Lemonade with Lemon
  • 2 C’s of Powdered Sugar
  • 4 Oranges
  • 1 Lemon

Preparation steps

  1. Wash, peel and dice the oranges and lemons.
  2. Add them to a large bowl with sugar, port and cognac.
  3. Stir with a spoon.
  4. Book in the fridge for a minimum of 24 hours.
  5. Pour in the cava and lemonade before serving.
