Sparkling Fruit Sangria

Ingredients
- 1 bottle of Sparkling Wine
- 1 liter of White Wine
- 1/2 liter of Lemonade
- 10 cl of Cointreau
- 10 cl of Cognac
- 8 cl of Orange Juice
- 4 cl of Lemon Juice
- 1 Orange
- 2 Apples
- 100 g of Granulated Sugar
Preparation steps
- In a large bowl, combine the sparkling wine, white wine, Cointreau, Cognac, orange juice, lemon juice, and granulated sugar. Use a spoon to mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Place the mixture in the refrigerator to chill.
- Meanwhile, peel the orange and apples, then cut them into small dice.
- Add the diced fruits to the bowl containing the drink mixture. Gently stir to incorporate the fruits.
- Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator overnight. This will allow the flavors to meld, and the fruits will infuse their aromas into the sangria.
- Just before serving, add the lemonade to the bowl. Gently mix to preserve the effervescence.
