Sparkling Fruit Sangria

  • 1 bottle of Sparkling Wine
  • 1 liter of White Wine
  • 1/2 liter of Lemonade
  • 10 cl of Cointreau
  • 10 cl of Cognac
  • 8 cl of Orange Juice
  • 4 cl of Lemon Juice
  • 1 Orange
  • 2 Apples
  • 100 g of Granulated Sugar

Preparation steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sparkling wine, white wine, Cointreau, Cognac, orange juice, lemon juice, and granulated sugar. Use a spoon to mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Place the mixture in the refrigerator to chill.
  3. Meanwhile, peel the orange and apples, then cut them into small dice.
  4. Add the diced fruits to the bowl containing the drink mixture. Gently stir to incorporate the fruits.
  5. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator overnight. This will allow the flavors to meld, and the fruits will infuse their aromas into the sangria.
  6. Just before serving, add the lemonade to the bowl. Gently mix to preserve the effervescence.
