Fruity Amber Sangria
To liven up your gatherings, consider serving this fruity amber sangria, a refreshing blend of white wine and fruits, enhanced with a touch of rum.
Ingredients
- 1 liter of dry white wine
- 1/2 liter of lemonade
- 20 cl of amber rum
- 20 cl of lemon juice
- 1 glass of Cointreau
- 2 apples
- 2 pears
- 1 pineapple
- 3 cloves
- 1 tablespoon of cane sugar
Preparation steps
- Begin by washing the apples, pears, and pineapple. Then, cut them into medium-sized cubes.
- Place these fruits in a large bowl.
- Pour the white wine, freshly squeezed lemon juice, amber rum, Cointreau, and cane sugar into the bowl. Add the cloves.
- Gently mix everything with a wooden spoon to thoroughly incorporate the ingredients.
- Allow the mixture to rest in the refrigerator. It is advisable to let it marinate for at least 12 hours to allow the flavors to blend perfectly.
- Just before serving, add the lemonade to bring freshness and effervescence.
- Serve the sangria in long drink glasses, accompanied by ice cubes to keep it nice and cool.
