Fruity Amber Sangria

To liven up your gatherings, consider serving this fruity amber sangria, a refreshing blend of white wine and fruits, enhanced with a touch of rum.


  • 1 liter of dry white wine
  • 1/2 liter of lemonade
  • 20 cl of amber rum
  • 20 cl of lemon juice
  • 1 glass of Cointreau
  • 2 apples
  • 2 pears
  • 1 pineapple
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of cane sugar

Preparation steps

  1. Begin by washing the apples, pears, and pineapple. Then, cut them into medium-sized cubes.
  2. Place these fruits in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the white wine, freshly squeezed lemon juice, amber rum, Cointreau, and cane sugar into the bowl. Add the cloves.
  4. Gently mix everything with a wooden spoon to thoroughly incorporate the ingredients.
  5. Allow the mixture to rest in the refrigerator. It is advisable to let it marinate for at least 12 hours to allow the flavors to blend perfectly.
  6. Just before serving, add the lemonade to bring freshness and effervescence.
  7. Serve the sangria in long drink glasses, accompanied by ice cubes to keep it nice and cool.
  8. Decorate each glass with slices of the fruits used (apple, pear, pineapple), which will add a colorful and delightful touch to your presentation.
