Summer Sangria

Enjoy this vibrant sangria at your summer gatherings! A fusion of fruity flavors and refreshing beverages to brighten up your festive moments.


  • 1 bottle of Red Wine
  • 250 ml of Energy Drink
  • 75 ml of Dark Rum
  • 1 Can of Pepsi
  • 1/3 can of Pink Lemonade Concentrate
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 2 Limes
  • 2 Pears

Preparation steps

  1. Start by preparing the fruits. Thoroughly wash them. Peel the pineapple and pears, then cut them into small cubes.
  2. Arrange the fruit cubes on a tray and place them in the freezer. Let them freeze completely. These frozen fruit cubes will serve as fruity ice cubes to chill the sangria.
  3. The next day, take a large mixing bowl. Pour in the bottle of red wine, dark rum, energy drink, Pepsi, and pink lemonade concentrate.
  4. Gently stir everything together with a long spoon to thoroughly combine all the ingredients.
  5. To serve, take cocktail glasses. Place a few frozen fruit cubes in each glass.
  6. Pour the prepared sangria over the fruit ice cubes until the glasses are filled.
