An IBA recipe based on amber rum, galliano and lime juice, all laid out in Prosecco


  • 4, 5 cl dark rum
  • 1.5 cl Galliano
  • A few drops of fresh lime juice
  • 6 cl pineapple juice
  • Prosecco

Preparation steps

  1. Put all ingredients (except prosecco) in a shaker with ice cubes
  2. Shake energetically.
  3. Filter into a large cocktail glass filled with ice
  4. Extend with prosecco
