Barracuda
An IBA recipe based on amber rum, galliano and lime juice, all laid out in Prosecco
Ingredients
- 4, 5 cl dark rum
- 1.5 cl Galliano
- A few drops of fresh lime juice
- 6 cl pineapple juice
- Prosecco
Preparation steps
- Put all ingredients (except prosecco) in a shaker with ice cubes
- Shake energetically.
- Filter into a large cocktail glass filled with ice
- Extend with prosecco
