Cocktail with ginger, rum and lemon.

Ingredients

  • 4 cl VSOP rum or extra old
  • 8 cl Ginger beer
  • 2 cl squeezed lime

Preparation steps

  1. Fill a large cocktail glass with crushed ice.
  2. Add the rum and lime.
  3. Extend with the ginger beer.
  4. Stir gently with a spoon.

    5. Decoration : Add a vanilla bean.
