Raspberry Mojito

Ingredients

• 6 cl white rum
• Schwepps
• 4 mint leaves
• 1/2 tablespoon Cane Syrup
• Juice of 1/2 lime
• 4 Raspberries

Preparation steps

1. Add the mint leaves, raspberries, half lemon juice and cane syrup to a mojito glass.
2. Gently crush with a cocktail muddler.
3. Add some crushed ice.
4. Pour in the rum.
5. Complete with schweeps.
6. Stir from bottom to top with a spoon.



Decoration: Add a slice of lime.
