The Raspberry Mojito with schwepps, a must try!
- 6 cl white rum
- 4 mint leaves
- 1/2 tablespoon Cane Syrup
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 4 Raspberries
- Add the mint leaves, raspberries, half lemon juice and cane syrup to a mojito glass.
- Gently crush with a cocktail muddler.
- Add some crushed ice.
- Pour in the rum.
- Complete with schweeps.
- Stir from bottom to top with a spoon.
Decoration: Add a slice of lime.
