Ingredients

• Champagne
• 7 mint leaves
• 1 cl cane syrup
• 1/2 Lime

Preparation steps

1. Add the mint leaves, cane syrup and half a lemon juice to a cocktail glass.
2. Press gently with a cocktail muddler.
3. Add some crushed ice.
4. Complétez de champagne.
5. Stir from bottom to top with a spoon.



Decoration: Add a slice of lime and a head of mint.
