James Mojito peach

Ingredients

• 4 cl golden rum 40% (Saint James)
• Peach nectar
• 4 cl Orange blossom
• 1/2 fresh lime
• 8 fresh mint leaves
• 1 cl cane syrup

Preparation steps

1. Wash and dice the 1/2 lemon.
2. Arrange the mint leaves, lemon dice, cane syrup and orange blossom in a mojito glass.
3. Pound with a cocktail muddler.
4. Pour in the rum.
5. Add some crushed ice.
6. Add more peach nectar.
