Perrier Mojito Cube

An original way to take a mojito.


  • 2 g Agar agar
  • 12 cl Perrier (sparkling water)
  • 2 clusters of fresh mint
  • 2 drops of lemon essential oil
  • 6 cl Cane syrup
  • 15 cl white rum

Preparation steps

  1. Pour the rum, cane syrup, essential oil and mint leaves into a blender.
  2. Mix for a few minutes until a smooth preparation.
  3. Filter the preparation and add the agar agar.
  4. Keep cool for a few hours.
  5. Remove the preparation from the fridge and cut into large cubes.
  6. Add a few cubes with a peak to a cocktail glass.
  7. Complete with fresh hair.
