Lemon mojito
An espresso and lemony version of the famous Mojito!
Ingredients
- 10 cl white rum
- Lemonade
- 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 2 glasses of Pulco citronnade
- 10 fresh mint leaves
Preparation steps
- Add the sugar and pulco to a shaker.
- Shake energetically.
- Add the mint and rum to the shaker.
- Shake again.
- Pour the preparation into two mojito glasses.
- Add some crushed ice.
- Fill it with lemonade.
- Stir from bottom to top with a spoon.
Decoration: Add mint leaves and strips of lime (optional).
