An excellent sangria recipe to share!
- 5 liters of pink wine
- 25 cl white rum
- 5 Oranges
- 5 Lemons
- 500 g Crystal Sugar
- Wash and slice the oranges and lemons.
- Add them to a large bowl with the wine, rum and sugar.
- Stir with a wooden spoon.
- Keep cool for a minimum of two days, stirring 3 to 4 times a day.
- When ready to serve, press half the fruit by hand.
- Serve very fresh in wine glasses.
Decoration: Add fruit wedges (orange, lemon...).
