Belmont Breeze
A cocktail based on whisky, orange juice and white wine.
Ingredients
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 30 ml orange juice
- 30 ml Rye Whisky
- 10 ml cane sugar
- 15 ml de white wine Xérès
- soda water
- Half a slice of lemon and a small bouquet of mint for decoration
Preparation steps
- Half fill an ice shaker
- Add the lemon and orange juice, whisky, sugar and white wine.
- Shake
- Filter through a large cocktail glass filled with ice cubes
- Top with sparkling water
- Garnish with lemon slice and mint bouquet
