Ingredients

• 3 strawberries peeled
• 6 cl Prosecco
• 3 cl gin
• The juice of 1 lemon
• 1 cl cane sugar

Preparation steps

1. In a shaket, crush 2 strawberries
2. Add the lemon juice, gin and sugar and a few ice cubes and beat
3. In a champagne glass, put ice cubes until halfway up
4. Pour the cocktail with a chinois strainer filter to hold the strawberry pulpit
5. Decorate with a strawberry on the glass
