Rossini
A cocktail with a white wine mousseau, strawberry and gin
Ingredients
- 3 strawberries peeled
- 6 cl Prosecco
- 3 cl gin
- The juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cl cane sugar
Preparation steps
- In a shaket, crush 2 strawberries
- Add the lemon juice, gin and sugar and a few ice cubes and beat
- In a champagne glass, put ice cubes until halfway up
- Pour the cocktail with a chinois strainer filter to hold the strawberry pulpit
- Decorate with a strawberry on the glass
