White sangria
A friendly revisited sangria recipe made with a base of dry white wine
Ingredients
- 5 liters of dry white wine
- 1 bottle of Lemonade
- 10 cl Orange Liqueur
- 6 Peaches
- 4 Lemons
- 4 Oranges
- 4 Cinnamon Sticks
- 3 Cloves
- 400 g Semolina sugar
- 1 tbsp White Pepper Seed
Preparation steps
- Add a liter of wine, cloves, vanilla pods split in half lengthwise, white pepper and half the semolina sugar in a saucepan.
- Heat and let steep for one hour covered.
- Wash and dice the peaches, lemons and oranges.
- Add the remaining wine, sugar, liqueur and diced fruit.
- Stir with a wooden spoon.
- Marinate in an airtight bowl in the refrigerator for at least one day.
- Add the lemonade just before serving.
- Serve in old fashioned glasses.
Decoration: Add a peach puck.
