White sangria

A friendly revisited sangria recipe made with a base of dry white wine

Ingredients

  • 5 liters of dry white wine
  • 1 bottle of Lemonade
  • 10 cl Orange Liqueur
  • 6 Peaches
  • 4 Lemons
  • 4 Oranges
  • 4 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 3 Cloves
  • 400 g Semolina sugar
  • 1 tbsp White Pepper Seed

Preparation steps

  1. Add a liter of wine, cloves, vanilla pods split in half lengthwise, white pepper and half the semolina sugar in a saucepan.
  2. Heat and let steep for one hour covered.
  3. Wash and dice the peaches, lemons and oranges.
  4. Add the remaining wine, sugar, liqueur and diced fruit.
  5. Stir with a wooden spoon.
  6. Marinate in an airtight bowl in the refrigerator for at least one day.
  7. Add the lemonade just before serving.
  8. Serve in old fashioned glasses.

  9. Decoration: Add a peach puck.
