Sangria
The great classic of the ferias: the Sangria to share!
Ingredients
- 5 liters of red wine quite full-bodied
- 1 small bottle of Cointreau
- 1 bottle of Lemonade
- 1.5 kg d'Oranges
- 700g Lemons
- 2 tbsp Cinnamon Powder
- 300g Sugar
- 3 vanilla pods
Preparation steps
- Prepare the sangria three days before.
- Wash, peel and slice the oranges and lemons.
- Add them to an airtight bowl.
- Pour in the red wine, sugar and cointreau.
- Cut the vanilla into its length and add it to the preparation with the cinnamon.
- Stir with a large spoon.
- Complétez de limonade au moment de servir.
- Serve in glasses
Decoration: Add a wedge of lemon.
