White Sangría Light

A white sangria with a little less sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 L dry white wine
  • 1 capful of rum
  • 30 cl Lemonade
  • 3 Peaches
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 3 sachets vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of pepper

Preparation steps

  1. Add a third of a litre of wine with the cinnamon, pepper and sugar in a saucepan.
  2. Heat covered and let steep for about 10 minutes.
  3. Pour the mixture into a large bowl.
  4. Add the remaining wine and rum.
  5. Wash and dice the fruit and add to the preparation.
  6. Stir with a spoon.
  7. Book in the fridge for a minimum of 24 hours.
  8. Add the vanilla sugar the next day and serve the lemonade.
