Ingredients
- 750 ml of red wine
- 200 g of sugarcane, cut into small pieces
- 2 apples, thinly sliced
- 2 pears, thinly sliced
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 star anise
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves
- Zest of one orange
- Zest of one lemon
- 100 g of sugar (adjust to taste)
Preparation steps
- In a large saucepan, pour the red wine.
