Christmassy cocktails
Nothing beats a delicious comforting cocktail to put yourself in the mood of the holiday season! With its cinnamon and lemon flavor, this Christmassy cocktails is perfect for evenings with friends or family. The infused star anise gives it a little festive taste that will not fail to please everyone!
Ingredients
- 100 gr of white sugar
- 8 star anise
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 large clementine bark
- 125 ml tall marl
- 125 ml Andros lemon juice preparation (or other brand)
- 125 ml water
Preparation steps
- Bring the water, sugar, anise, cinnamon and bark to a boil for 5 min
- Filter and let cool
- In a bottle or pitcher, pour the preparation with the large Marnier and lemon
- Reserve at least 1h before serving
- Serve in a cocktail glass with a lemon slice
