Ingredients
- 1.5 L of water
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 ripe peaches
- 200 g of fresh raspberries
- 2 tea bags of black tea or Earl Grey tea
- 1 lemon
Preparation steps

- Make a raspberry "coulis": put the raspberries in a saucepan and heat over low heat until all the grains burst. Remove the seeds using a small sieve or a potato masher over a bowl, then put the juice obtained back in the saucepan, with 50 g of sugar.
- Return everything to the heat, until the sugar has melted and it forms a smooth paste.
- Reheat the tea mixture with the remaining 50 g of sugar, until it melts. Pour in the raspberry coulis, peach pieces, and lemon juice.
- Let cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to serve chilled.
- Serve this delicious peach and raspberry iced tea in glasses with ice cubes for a refreshing and fragrant drink.
