This cocktail is an exquisite fusion of tropical flavors and intoxicating aromas, perfect for brightening up summer evenings or festive gatherings. With a base of white rum and Riesling, this fruity cocktail offers an explosion of citrus and exotic flavors, enhanced by the sweetness of cinnamon and vanilla.


  • 100 cl of White Rum
  • 50 cl of Riesling
  • 20 cl of Cane Sugar Syrup
  • 5 Oranges (fresh)
  • 3 Lemons (fresh)
  • 250 g of Pineapple (preferably fresh)
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 Vanilla Pod

Preparation steps

  1. Start by peeling the pineapple. Cut it into small cubes to release all its juicy flavor.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the white rum and Riesling.
  3. Gently incorporate the cane sugar syrup.
  4. Now, add the pineapple cubes. They will soak up the flavors of the drink for an exotic touch.
  5. Thinly slice the oranges and lemons, then add them to the mixture. Their tangy freshness is essential.
  6. For spicy notes, delicately insert the cinnamon stick and split vanilla pod.
  7. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Let it rest for at least three hours to allow the flavors to harmoniously blend.
  8. When serving, pour the preparation into martini glasses. Each glass will reveal a palette of flavors and colors.
  9. For an elegant presentation, garnish each glass with slices of orange and lemon. Add a pinch of grated nutmeg for a fragrant and sophisticated finish.
