Ti’ Punch

Generally, the Ti' Punch can be drunk without ice, but you can add some to add a touch of freshness.



  • 6 cl 55% white rum
  • 2 cl Red Cane Syrup
  • 1 wedge fresh lime

Preparation steps

  1. In an old fashioned glass, add the lime wedge and cane sugar syrup.
  2. Gently crush with a cocktail muddler.
  3. Add the rum.

  4. Decoration: Place a slice of lime on the edge of the glass.
