Ti’ Punch
Generally, the Ti' Punch can be drunk without ice, but you can add some to add a touch of freshness.
Ingredients
- 6 cl 55% white rum
- 2 cl Red Cane Syrup
- 1 wedge fresh lime
Preparation steps
- In an old fashioned glass, add the lime wedge and cane sugar syrup.
- Gently crush with a cocktail muddler.
- Add the rum.
Decoration: Place a slice of lime on the edge of the glass.
