Sazerac
Very old cocktail popular in the United States and registered in IBA. It is based on whisky, pastis and angostura bitters.
Ingredients
- 1 cl Pastis
- 4 drops Angostura bitters
- 1 cl cane sugar syrup
- 6 cl Whisky
- 1 Lemon
Preparation steps
- Refresh an old fashioned drink by adding a few ice cubes for a few minutes.
- Remove the ice cubes.
- Pour in the pastis, angostura bitters, whiskey and cane syrup.
- Stir gently with a spoon.
- Garnish with lemon zest.
