IBA cocktail, fruity with gin, blackberry cream, lemon juice and cane syrup.

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Gin
  • 2 cl Blackberry cream
  • 2 cl Squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cl cane syrup

Preparation steps

  1. Fill a shaker half full of ice.
  2. Pour in the gin, blackberry cream, cane syrup and lemon juice.
  3. Shake energetically.
  4. Serve in a cocktail glass.

    5. Decoration: Add a slice of lemon.
