Refreshing IBA cocktail with gin, fresh lemon, cane syrup and sparkling water.

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Gin
  • 2 cl Squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cl de Sirop de canne
  • Sparkling water

Preparation steps

  1. Fill a shaker half full of ice.
  2. Pour in the gin, lemon juice and cane syrup.
  3. Shake energetically.
  4. Serve in a cocktail glass
  5. Extend with sparkling water.

    6. Decoration: Add a zest or a wedge of lime or lemon
