Ingredients

  • 4 cl Gin
  • 2 cl Lemon juice
  • 2 cl Cane sugar syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Sparkling water

Preparation steps

  1. Add the gin, lemon juice, cane syrup and egg white to a shaker.
  2. Shake
  3. Fill a cocktail glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour in the preparation.
  5. Top with sparkling water.

    6. Decoration: Add a slice of lime.
