A balanced cocktail based on grapefruit vodka and egg white.

Ingredients

  • 3 cl de Vodka
  • 2 cl St-Germain elderberry liqueur
  • 1 cl of Apérol
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • 2 cl red grapefruit
  • 1 egg white

Preparation steps

  1. Put all the ingredients in a shaker half filled with ice
  2. Shake energetically
  3. Filter into a cocktail glass
  4. Add a large peel of grapefruit for decoration
